For those of you that are looking for something to do I would strongly recommend having a look at ‘Photography’

Over the last couple of decades photography has changed considerably, no longer do we have to get our films developed and wait for the results, today we can view the results of our efforts immediately. Along with this there are several software programmes that you can use to enhance the outcome. In addition, the latest is AI – artificial Intelligence. It is amazing as to what people come up with.

The other great thing about photography it is no longer a local gathering, with today’s technology meetings can be with people of a similar nature all over the world, adding further interest and challenges.

I am still a member of the Cape Town Photographic Society which I am pleased to say is increasing in membership. As usual they give the members numerous challenges as well as some very good educational talks.

Recently we had a photoshoot which was called the ‘Blue Hour’ this is taking photos just after sunset. For me it turned out to be quite a challenge, I have included a couple of the images in this month selection. Your comments are always welcome.
